1.  Balance the water (pH, total alkalinity & calcium hardness)

2.  Use 1 oz. per 1,000 gallons of water (do not overdose)

3.  Shock the pool with chlorine (standard dose: 1 lb. Burn Out Shock per 7,000 gallons)
 

4.  Filter the pool continuously for 48 hours.

5.  DO NOT ADD ANOTHER DOSE OF ALGAE SHIELD FOR 30 DAYS 

DO NOT USE WITH BAQUACIL®, SOFTSWIM® OR OTHER BIGUANIDE PRODUCTS. 

DO NOT USE WITH PRISTINE BLUE® OR SIMILAR PRODUCTS.

DO NOT USE WITH IONIZERS SUCH AS NATURE2 OR POOL FROG.
