Just stuff or prepare the fruit or vegetable with your favorite seasoning or stuffing, put it on the center spike of the grill ring, then indirectly (back of the grill, not over a flame) grill. Use with apples, pears, pineapple, onions, tomatoes, artichokes, even a whole head of cabbage! Whole vegetable that are grilled have an absolutely richer, more flavorful taste. Choose from large, 3.25" ring (boxed individually) or the small, 2.5" ring (2 rings per box).
