BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR WATER'S CALCIUM HARDNESS FIRST. IF IT IS LOW (UNDER 175 ppm), THE WATER COULD FOAM.  ADJUST CALCIUM HARDNESS (200 - 225 ppm), THEN IF FOAM PERSISTS, USE ANTI FOAM

Application:
Add 2 oz. per 5, 000 gallons of water to prevent or eliminate foaming in swimming pools.  For spas use 1 teaspoon per 200 gallons.  The amount used will depend on the nature & quantity of foam present.  Repeat as needed.  Works immediately.
