Most any meat can be grilled.
Don't settle for hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken or steak. Lamb & pork chops are standard fare. There's all kinds of sausages, roasts, even whole turkey breasts that can be done on the grill for a rich, flavorful taste.
The grill isn't just for summer! Here's some standard fare with a little flair!
Garlic Grilled Steak (or any other meat you can think of!)

This is too easy & delicious! Especially good with red meats.
New York Strip Steaks
2 cloves of Garlic per steak
Worcester sauce
About 2 hours before grill time, take the garlic cloves and peal them. Next slice the clove into 1 to 3 pieces depending on the size of the clove. Make several small slits in the side of the steak. Gently push the garlic into the meat. Place the steaks in a pan or dish. Pour about 1/4 cup Worcester sauce over the steak. Cove with plastic wrap & refrigerate for 2 hours. Grill as usual to your likeness.

Your favorite meat, even hot dogs & hamburgers
Hickory chips or other smoking wood (can be purchased at most supermarkets)
Two to 3 hours before grilling, soak the wood chips in water (be sure to follow the label instructions on the bag). Place chips on grill. Place meat on grill and cook to your likeness.
