Grilled Salmon
Salmon steaks or filets on the Grill are one of our guests favorites. It seems that Salmon was specially
created to be grilled!
1 Salmon Steak or Filet per person
Olive Oil
Dry ground Thyme or
Bad Byron's Seafood Jubilee
Lime or Lemon Juice
Brush Salmon steak or filet with olive oil. Lightly sprinkle with thyme. Allow to sit 1 hour before grilling.
Grill on a HOT grill, covered with aluminum foil, about 5 minutes on each side. One or 2 minutes before
done, drizzle with Lime or lemon juice. Serve immediately.
