Tropical Fish
Skewered shrimp or fish with chunks of pineapple. Yum!
1 lb. Large or jumbo shrimp, shelled & de-veined
1 lb. Tuna or Swordfish or Halibut steaks cut into large cubes, about 1 inch
Pineapple chunks
Green Bell Pepper, cut into large chunks
Red Onion, cut into large chunks

1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce or Teriyaki sauce
1/2 Lime
Let shrimp & fish marinate in Worcestershire or Teriyaki sauce for about 2 hrs. Put fish on skewers,
interchanging with fruit & vegetables, until skewer is full. Brush with sauce & place on a hot grill &
turn frequently until just cooked, a total of 5 to 7 minutes.
When done, drizzle with lime juice & serve immediately.
Serve with Confetti Rice & a salad.
